Gratitude has a very powerful impact in our lives. Before going to sleep every night, I think of at least 5 things that I’m grateful for. When I wake up in the morning, I say a short prayer, stretch and think of at least 5 things that I’m grateful for. Then I tell myself that today is going to be a fun, productive and happy day. It sets the tone for the rest of the day. No matter what happens later on, I know I’ll be alright. 🙂
