How to be Alone

If you’re lonely when you’re alone, you’re in bad company.
—Jean-Paul Sartre

Previously, I wrote about the acid test to see if you love yourself. I’ve observed that many people dread being alone. I know a few people who wouldn’t go to a cafe for a cup of tea if they don’t have a friend along. Honestly, I don’t understand why people dread being alone. There’s nothing wrong with being on your own. If you can’t stand your own company, why would other people enjoy your company?

My friend posted this video recently, and I’d like to share it with you.
